As a follow-up, I got my new phone in the mail yesterday, a Motorola v188. Nothing too fancy or gee-wizzy, but I still want to say "Hello Moto"

Which is one reason I wont be using PPC phones in our office. This has always been a sore spot with me. If I have a Blackberry I can upgrade the OS anytime. But with a PPC phone, I have to buy a new one to get the latest features.
No thank MS.
